1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cdc666 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to cdc666 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform:

3 Account Registration & Verification

To participate in any real-money activity on cdc666, you are required to create a registered account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, complete, and belongs to you personally.

3.2 Account Security

cdc666 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any account holder at any time, and this requirement is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. cdc666 is not obligated to process any withdrawal from an account whose verification is incomplete.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active cdc666 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. cdc666 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cdc666 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bonus funds, and withhold any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cdc666 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods to ensure that depositing and withdrawing funds is as straightforward as possible for players across the country. All financial transactions on the platform are processed through encrypted, monitored channels.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted by cdc666 for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and direct bank transfer to and from Bangladeshi bank accounts (including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Sonali Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi financial institutions).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount via mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash) is ৳100.
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000.
• cdc666 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits from bKash and Nagad are credited to your cdc666 account balance instantly in normal operating conditions.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile money methods and ৳2,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that match the verified identity of the cdc666 account holder.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 24 hours of the approved request.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days following approval.
• cdc666 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Funds derived from uncleared bonuses that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cdc666 offers a range of promotional offers and bonus incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated criteria for each specific promotion. cdc666 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotional offer at its discretion, including where suspicious betting patterns or bonus abuse is suspected.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by cdc666 are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is published on the relevant promotion page and must be met within the stated expiry window.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the wagering requirement, while live casino games such as live roulette and live blackjack may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10–20%). 5.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While playing with an active bonus balance, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is ৳500 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, at cdc666's discretion.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry of the stated bonus period. Expiry dates are clearly communicated in the specific promotion terms at the time of opt-in and cannot be extended.

6 Gameplay & Fair Use

cdc666 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conditions apply to all gameplay activity on the platform.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on cdc666 is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money wagers. cdc666 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, connection interruption, or technical error that affects the outcome or integrity of a wager, cdc666 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. cdc666 does not honour claimed winnings that arise from an identifiable game malfunction. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all cdc666 games.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Pre-match and in-play sports bets placed on cdc666 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In cases of event abandonment, postponement beyond 24 hours, or force majeure events, cdc666 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Live in-play bets are accepted at cdc666's discretion and may be suspended without notice during critical moments of a live event.

6.4 Responsible Use of the Platform

Players are responsible for managing their own gambling activity. cdc666 strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits and session time limits via their Account Settings. cdc666 will not accept liability for losses incurred by players who disregard responsible gaming tools that have been made available to them. 7 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following activities while using the cdc666 platform. Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Money laundering: Using cdc666 as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. cdc666 cooperates with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and reserves the right to freeze and report suspicious account activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in any game or sports betting market to obtain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to match-fixing, chip dumping in poker, or coordinated in-play betting.
• Software exploitation: Using any bot, script, algorithm, automated tool, or third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or disputes against deposits made to cdc666. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be suspended and the disputed amount will be offset against any available account balance.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the cdc666 platform, its servers, its database, or any third-party game engine integrated within the platform.
• Impersonation: Attempting to access or operate another player's account without their consent, or impersonating any employee or representative of cdc666.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

cdc666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice. Common grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or exploitative activity
• Confirmed underage registration or use
• Existence of multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their cdc666 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus restrictions) will be refunded to the player's verified withdrawal method. Accounts subject to an active bonus balance at the time of closure will have the bonus funds forfeited.

8.2 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. cdc666 will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances after the dormancy threshold is reached. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed following the dormancy period without further notice.

8.3 Disputes & Complaints

Players who wish to raise a complaint or dispute relating to any aspect of the cdc666 platform or these Terms should first contact the cdc666 Customer Support team at [email protected]. cdc666 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve them within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through direct communication, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process described in the full cdc666 Complaints Policy, available upon request from the support team.
